This Privacy Policy explains how Easy PDF: Scan & Edit (the “App”), provided by Melih Atalay (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the App.

1. Summary

Easy PDF is designed with a local-first approach:

• Your PDFs, scanned pages, photos, signatures, annotations, folders, tags, bookmarks, and OCR results are processed and stored on your device.
• We do not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your documents.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• The App does not contain third-party advertising and does not use an advertising SDK.
• Apple and RevenueCat process limited purchase and technical information when you purchase, restore, or verify Premium access.

2. Information Processed on Your Device

The App may process the following information locally in order to provide its features:

• Documents and images that you scan, import, create, edit, compress, protect, unlock, merge, split, convert, watermark, annotate, sign, or export
• Text recognized through optical character recognition (OCR)
• Saved signatures or initials, names and dates that you choose to place on documents
• Document names, folders, folder colors, tags, favorites, archive status, bookmarks, and last-viewed page information
• App preferences and free-feature usage counters

Document scanning, image processing, PDF editing, OCR, and related document tools are performed using Apple platform technologies on your device. We do not upload document contents to our servers for these operations.
